Training for Dispenser
From Mar. 26 to 28, 2003, Touchstone held a training program
on NMD100 dispenser, and the expected effects were obtained.
Its main contents included function, application, and maintenance
of each module. The training objects are Technical Department,
Customer Service Department, and QC Department. |

¡ô 5S Developed at the
Factory
Great changes took place at the work field of factory after
the 5S system was introduced in Aug. 2002. The goal of carrying
out 5S was to get rid of bad habits, and form good, cultured
habits. Touchstone established a series of rules and regulations
to ensure that 5S work has regulations to abide by, and make
5S management much structured. Touchstone took 5S as an important
way to improve product quality and reliability. From Feb. to
Mar. 2003, the electrical workshop was rebuilt; thus the production
and test environment was closed to that of international counterpart. |

¡ô Expansion
Training Activity During Annual Meeting
Jan. 18, 2003, Touchstone held the annual meeting 2002 at Xili
Villa, and an expansion training program on the topic of "Communication
makes us close, we are a big family and stride to beautiful
future side by side." From the game, colleagues were moving
closing and understanding among different departments was increased.
Through the expansion training, each Touchstone employee, struggling
lonely in Shenzhen, feels that Touchstone is a united, aggressive,
and mutual concerned big family. |

¡ô Activity to Assist
the Impoverished Students
In Apr. 2003, Touchstone organized staffs to attend the activity
of "Dedicating your loving care-to assist the impoverished
students in mountainous areas of Guizhou." Touchstone people
embraced this activity eagerly. Up to now, the solicit contributions
include 305 pieces of clothes, 1,112 yuan (RMB), 6 pairs of
shoes and 2 pieces of blankets. A part of staffs express their
wish that this activity would go on. These ordinary actions
express the loving cares of Touchstone people silently. |

¡ô Touchtone
Annual Meeting 2003
Jan. 1, 2004, Touchstone held annual meeting 2003 on the topic
of "We are of one mind to compose brand-new movement of
Touchstone". It was a meeting of year-round summarization
and excellent staffs honor. Touchstone had a fun sports meet
for staff after the meeting. Every Touchstone people felt the
united forces deeply by participating in all kinds of activities,
and made full preparation to look forward to the new, beautiful
future of Touchstone. |
