Numbers of Touchstone BSM were
adopted in China Construction Bank, Hubei and Tianjin
Branch, installed in each branch. During the process
of promoting bankcard service and 24 hours self-service
banking service, the bank fostered its image successfully,
extended their service branches and time, and released
the bank tellers from repeated works. All these provided
users with convenient service and therefore enhanced
the competence of the bank.
90 lobby BSM of Touchstone were
adopted by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China,
Shanxi Branch, and fixed in lobby or within self-service
bank. The perfect functions and convenient service mode
provided a high-quality operation platform for the development
of intermediate business. These products were applied
for scale use from the intermediate business to self-service.
140 BSM of Touchstone were adopted
by Communications Bank of China, Zhengzhou Branch, 60
of which were fixed in self-service bank and 80 in lobby.
These machines played an important role in the process
of promoting bankcard service and 24 hours self-service
banking service.
The initiative functions of self-service
payment and invoice printing in China let users complete
all payment per transaction. Various services of collection
and payment, and financing self-service were developed,
such as fund sale and purchase, inter-transfer between
bank account and stock account, mobile phone cost collection,
etc.
50 lobby and through-the-wall
ATM of Touchstone were adopted by Changsha Commercial
Bank, fixed in the commercial sites, college campuses
and hospitals with the way of offsite self-service bank.
With Touchstone ATM employed, the bank enjoys increased
